Terms of Service

Steerpod is an operations panel for projects, renewals, uptime monitoring, a secrets vault, expense tracking and team collaboration. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the confidentiality of your credentials. Actions taken through your account are yours; notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

When using the service you agree to the following:

• No hosting of content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of others.
• Uptime monitors may only be pointed at systems you own or are authorized to monitor.
• Attempts to defeat the service's security and unreasonable automated load are prohibited.
• The email-to-project feature may not be used for unsolicited bulk mail (spam).

Everything in your workspace belongs to you. To provide the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license limited to hosting, backing up and displaying that content. The software and trademarks remain the property of the operator or its licensors.

The vault operates on a zero-knowledge principle: we never hold your encryption keys. If you lose both your vault passphrase and your recovery code, access to vault contents cannot be technically restored; this is not a defect of the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next period.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available; planned maintenance is announced in advance. No service-level commitment is given for free plans.

Violations of these terms may lead to suspension after a warning — or immediately for severe violations. You may delete your account at any time; after termination you get a 30-day window to export your data.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Reminders are a convenience: ultimate responsibility for your domain, certificate and subscription renewals remains with you.

Material changes to these terms are announced at least 30 days in advance; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
